Thankfully, we had a slow day on Monday — giving us an opportunity to get things figured out and dialed in. By Wednesday, we should have our order management back-end up and running fully. Right now, we have the menus in our system, but things are a little… well, let’s say “clunky.” So thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we work through this.
As for restaurants: We’re proud to have La Familia joining our service today. You’ll find a link to their menu on our website (or just above, if you happen to be reading this ON our website). Same deadlines apply — 10 a.m. for lunch, 4 p.m. for dinner delivery. Right now, we expect Tapas Tree Grill to join the service on Wednesday, and we hope to add a new restaurant each day for a while.
And of course, Revel and Adobe Springs are still with us. With your continued support, we all will still be here on the other side of our current crisis. In case you haven’t been following the news, Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham directed the state health department to shut all “non-essential” businesses as of 8 a.m. today. Fortunately, restaurant carryout and delivery — the provision of food, really — is still considered “essential,” as are newspapers. So we’re still hanging in there. If you want to read the latest, you can check out the Daily Press story on the governor’s press conference here.
And while you fortify yourself at home for however long all this takes, consider ordering in food from your favorite restaurant. They’re ready and waiting to cook for you — and if you don’t feel like leaving the house to pick it up, IndiEats is here to do the legwork for you. Thanks for supporting your local businesses during these dark days!
